When I say I am here every step of the way, I mean it. I have been photographing weddings for almost seven years now and have learned a thing or two about the process.

My Approach
I am fully invested in serving my couples from the moment you inquire with me, not just on your wedding day. I pride myself on getting to know my couples so that I can help bring your wedding vision to life. I consider myself more than just a vendor to my couples. I am here for every step of the planning process, answering questions, providing my expert advice, and preserving memories that you will truly cherish for a lifetime.
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
Post-processing is the most time intensive part of my service to you. I hand select and edit each image to meet my artistic standard. This includes but is not limited to color correction, light retouching, cropping, eliminating excess noise, optimizing contrast, vibrancy, etc. Finally, I create an online gallery that seamlessly tells the story of your wedding day, available for download for you, family, and friends.
WHAT IS YOUR POST PROCESSING LIKE?
Engagement sessions are delivered within 2 weeks after the shoot date. Wedding galleries are delivered within 3-4 weeks of the wedding date, and a ‘sneak peak’ will be delivered to you 24 hours after you marry the love of your life! However, times may vary based on seasons – my busiest months being March, April, September, October, and November!
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Heck yes! I am so grateful photography has taken me to some of the most incredible destinations such as, The Virgin Islands, Wyoming, San Diego, The Grand Canyon, and Hawaii (to name a few), that hold a special place in my heart. Travel fees may apply and vary based on location - but be sure to check out my bucket list destinations for special rates and discounts!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I mean it when I say literally everyone asks me this! For most people getting in-front of a camera, that is not an iPhone, is not an everyday thing, so I don’t expect you to come out and be like America’s next top model. And honestly that is not what I want. I want these photos are an authentic reflection of you and your story. I will provide you with prompts that provide movement and genuine smiles to help you feel comfortable. Have some dream poses in mind? Feel free to share your pinterest board with me!
WHAT IF WE ARE SHY IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
Yes! I have extensive experience shooting in all types of lighting situations. Experience in this area is extremely important for weddings because the lighting can often times change quickly and it is important to be able to anticipate the situation vs reacting to the change in lighting. This way, I dont skip a beat on your wedding day!
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SHOOTING IN LOW LIGHT?
I do not put a limit on how many photos you will receive. You can typically expect 75 images per hour of coverage. I love to provide a variety of images that are true to tone and color as well as black and white images.
You will receive your images within 2-4 weeks depending on the event.
These images will be shared via an online private gallery for you to share with family, friends, and social media. It’s not official until it's facebook official, ammiright? :)
There will not be any watermarks on your images and all of your images will be available to download in high resolution. You will receive a separate online gallery for your engagement session and your wedding day! Each gallery is separated into events such as "Getting Ready," "First Look," "Ceremony," and so on. This allows you to seamlessly view your wedding day in a way that tells a story.
THIS GALLERY IS YOURS, so please feel free to share but also make sure to download and backup to a physical hard drive as well as a cloud storage for safekeeping.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET? HOW WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?
Why invest so much into photography for your photos to only live on your desktop? These are your memories, and your memories are meant to be revisited, felt. Don’t let them die on a computer screen.
Kyle and I have always said that we would grab Leo, Layla, and our wedding album if our house was on fire! Could we always build another wedding album if something happened to this book? Yes. However, there is something special about creating your first heirloom. We made our wedding album right after we were married and we treasure it! Having digital images is wonderful, but having a printed keepsake that tells a visual story of our wedding day is priceless!
ARE WEDDING ALBUMS REALLY THAT IMPORTANT?
I SURE DO! This is a service I provide to all of my couples. I want to help make sure that you are getting the wedding day images you have always dreamed of, and your timeline plays a HUGE role in that. How do you get what you ultimately desire? What are the best practices for the timeline of the day? How do you get the most out of your photography investment? What are common mistakes to avoid? There is so much to consider and I'm here to help you make the best decisions for your day!
DO YOU HAVE TIPS FOR A WEDDING DAY TIMELINE?
ABSOLUTELY, YES! An engagement session is included in all 6, 8, and 10 hour wedding collections. I include an engagement session as part of the experience because engagement sessions add so much to the story of who you are as a couple right now, and they're an ideal way to become more comfortable in front of my lens before your wedding day. Your engagement session can be as simple as a stroll through your favorite park, a desert sunset shoot, or even a romantic return to where he proposed- anything you can imagine to share the imagery of your personal love story.
Formal or informal, images from your engagement session are a beautiful addition to your wedding experience, and also make a wonderful signing book. They help craft the whole story, and can even be used for save-the-date cards, invitations, or thank you cards.

Reserve your date by completing the contract and paying the deposit. Deposits can be made the following ways: 25% of collection with monthly payments until the event date OR 50% deposit and the remainder balance due 30 days before your event. Once you have completed the contract and paid the deposit, you are officially on my calendar!
